Raw Oats
Whole oats, cleaned and graded, with the hull still on. Buy raw when you run your own dehulling or milling line and want to control the process from the kernel up.

Oat Groats
The whole oat kernel with the hull removed and kiln-treated so it stores well. Groats are the starting point for flakes, oat flour and steel-cut oats.

- Dehulled, then kiln-stabilised to deactivate enzymes and extend shelf life.

- Flaking, Oat flour, Steel-cut oats, Whole-grain foods
